Walker Responsibility

Our walker only take dog for walking, he doesn’t do cleaning and wearing the lease on dog.

Cleaning of dog not a part of walking service, “We will do cleaning of dog in Grooming service”.

Booking and Payments

To use our services, you may need to register and make bookings through our website or other designated means. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension until payment is received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation not allowed after payment; clients are required to provide before 3 hours’ notice for rescheduling of services.

Pet Health and Behaviour

While in our care, we will make every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet’s. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances or issues related to your pet’s health, behaviour, or interactions with other animals or individuals.

Liability

ExpertDogWalking.com will take reasonable care when providing services, but we shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by your pet’s or any unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the cost of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse our services to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
